I am a proud father of 2 kids, who have definitely taught me about life and dreaming. I am a passionate, skilled professional, who has spent 30+ years loving the culinary arts.
I love doing exactly what I love... Bringing joy and happiness to my clients. Giving them exactly what they want.
Irish Born and Australian proud. Living close to the ocean, becoming a surf lifesaver, as well as my 2 kids. the Aussie dream....
Three decades in this industry being trained by Michelin starred chefs. Representing Australia on the world stage for excellence. Including Battle of the lion (Singapore), 'Trophee de Passion'
(Versailles), and 3 time national runner up in Bocuse D'Or (Australia).
Having run cafes, restaurants, high volume kitchens, catering centres, private catering events, teaching proficiently & with a degree in education.
